Welcome to Moirai. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. No Financial Advice
The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Moirai is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. News, summaries, materiality labels, causal visualizations, affected-asset information, and other generated content do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. The stock market is inherently risky, and you should carefully consider your financial situation and consult with a qualified professional before making any investment. Moirai shall not be liable for trading losses you may incur.
2. Generated Content
Moirai uses automated and AI-assisted systems to organize and explain market news. Content may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or generated from imperfect sources. 3. User Eligibility

5. Intellectual Property
Moirai and its licensors retain their rights in the Service, interface, software, and generated presentation. Third-party news and data remain subject to their owners’ rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moirai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, or data loss, arising from use of the Service or AI-generated output.
7. Accounts and Termination
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in Profile at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
